📋 Description
• Provide functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labor • Support Time & Attendance and Scheduling business processes • Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional workshops • Analyze and resolve functional issues related to Time & Labor processing • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders on process improvements • Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll testing • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and business requirements • Support payroll-related integrations and Time & Labor processing activities • Assist with configuration reviews and business process optimization • Provide guidance on best practices within PeopleSoft Time & Labor
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM functional consulting experience • Strong hands-on functional experience with: PeopleSoft Time & Labor, Time & Attendance, Scheduling / Workforce Management, Payroll for North America, Absence Management • Proven experience leading functional workshops and stakeholder discussions • Experience in public sector, higher education, or unionized environments preferred • Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes • Experience with fit-gap analysis, functional documentation, and testing support • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
