• 5+ ans d’expérience en design de produits SaaS au sein d’équipes pluridisciplinaires; • Fort instinct utilisateur, surtout dans des contextes ambigus; • Maîtrise du spectre complet du design: stratégie; flows; UI; finition; • Aisance à équilibrer rapidité et exigence dans un environnement à haute vélocité; • Expérience en conception ou utilisation de fonctionnalités propulsées par l’IA (un atout); • Excellente communication; • Grande attention au détail et à la qualité d’exécution.
