📋 Description

• Complete and submit customer security questionnaires and other due diligence requests • Serve as the primary responder for customer due diligence requests using established response frameworks, internal policy documentation, and compliance control libraries • Research and validate responses to client-specific questions outside standard frameworks • Source supporting evidence from compliance platforms • Coordinate with internal security and compliance teams to verify response accuracy • Maintain consistency and quality across deliverables • Ensure responses use current, approved language and align with customers’ broader security posture • Flag gaps or outdated documentation • Process specialized vendor security questionnaires across custom Excel matrices and cloud portals • Map responses against control domains, risk tiering, and subprocessor ecosystems • Track assigned tasks and communicate blockers early • Deliver accurate submissions within compressed turnaround targets

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Reliable, high-speed internet connection • Professional home office environment supporting confidential conversations, virtual interviews, and uninterrupted collaboration • Commitment to working 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET) • Occasional flexibility to adjust working hours for business priorities, global collaboration, and time-sensitive hiring needs • Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities • Participation in live video interviews with camera on • Identity verification during recruitment and onboarding • Successful completion of identity verification and background screening, where permitted by law • Foundational knowledge of information security frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR • Understanding of PII vs. PHI and technical security controls such as authentication, logical access, and encryption • Baseline exposure to cloud infrastructure architectures and data hosting environments, specifically AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with compliance automation platforms such as Drata, Vanta, or Secureframe • Experience with vendor risk management systems including OneTrust, ServiceNow, Whistic, UpGuard, or Zip • Experience processing vendor security questionnaires using Excel matrices and cloud portals • Ability to interpret corporate security policies, internal control libraries, and technical documentation • Strong workload prioritization, task tracking, and blocker communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to established workflows and data-entry procedures
