📋 Description
• Connecting with Potential Customers: Handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text • Exceeding Sales Targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals • Showcasing Our Products: Clearly communicating the benefits of our insurance offerings • Maximizing Sales Potential: Leveraging company-provided leads to drive sales • Collaborating with Teams: Partner with underwriters and customer service reps • Guiding Customer Decisions: Simplifying complex insurance jargon and educating customers
🎯 Requirements
• At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment • Active P&C licensure within your current state of residence • Outstanding communicator with a natural ability to build relationships • Proven track record as a closer, with strong negotiation skills • Self-motivated with a results-oriented focus • Ability to adhere to metrics, schedules, and training protocols • Proficiency in CRM systems and telephone software • Bonus Points: Licensed in California and/or Surplus Lines License
