📋 Description

• Assist in building a forecast model for needed forecasting outside of Medidata Payments and own future updates and improvements • Help develop the forecasting process outside of Medidata Payments and link it with Medidata Payments forecasts • Gather current site enrollment and patient enrollment data, including actuals and forecasts • Work with Revenue Recognition, Clinical Payments, Investigator Grants Payments, Project Analyst, Central Planning, and Clinical Operations teams • Create client-ready forecast deliverables for Project Analysts and sponsor contracts • Perform plan-versus-actuals and total budget-needs forecast analysis • Notify Project Analysts and Global Project Leads about over-forecast and under-forecast variances • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and support year-end and interim audits • Support the Clinical Operations process • Monitor local and global revenue regulations • Provide accurate, timely client reporting • Complete final study-closeout reconciliation and provide client-ready reports • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to influence and challenge as required • Understanding of the process of paying sites • Understanding of accounting and revenue recognition standards • Strong analytical skills • Proficient in Excel, databases, and accounting systems • Degree educated • At least 2 to 5 years of finance experience • Ability to work independently and demonstrate proven competency for advancement
