📋 Description

• Partner with the Executive Leadership team to execute Lean Six Sigma processes and strategy for a Lean Six Sigma culture within the Early Phase business unit • Lead and support Kaizen events in clinical or laboratory settings • Partner with subject matter experts to generate and analyze information supporting recommendations for productivity, efficiency, complexity, and strategic opportunities • Design, document, and drive processes to ensure timely project completion and successful outcomes • Guide team members through project and implementation processes • Educate and train team members on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques, including control charts, histograms, and root cause analysis • Perform gap analyses comparing needs with existing metric availability • Develop and modify reporting configurations to meet requirements • Design, develop, modify, and troubleshoot methods supporting business process analysis • Perform proactive and reactive analyses to ensure data integrity and identify improvement opportunities • Support management in analyzing and evaluating initiatives, projects, and issues • Implement process management mechanisms including process mapping, documentation, metrics, monitoring systems, and process control techniques • Report directly to the General Manager, Early Phase business unit • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field • Certified Black Belt • Three years of experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects • Demonstrated proficiency with statistical and process management software, flowcharting, and process mapping • Ability to produce measurable productivity gains • Experience with analytical laboratory or clinical projects • Proven cross-functional team leadership skills and ability to influence others at all organizational levels • Experience in dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel • Experience creating automated trackers using macros, scripts, or automation tools • Ability to present complex concepts effectively • Project management training and/or certification is a plus
