📋 Description

• Lead and continuously enhance Worldwide's global recruitment strategy, processes, and talent acquisition best practices • Inspire, coach, and develop a team of recruiters across multiple regions • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to anticipate hiring needs and deliver proactive talent solutions • Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, innovative sourcing strategies, and recruitment expertise • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience and strengthen Worldwide's employer brand • Lead recruitment for senior and business-critical positions from sourcing through offer negotiation • Leverage recruitment data and performance metrics to improve outcomes and support strategic decision-making • Ensure the Talent Acquisition team has the resources, tools, and development opportunities needed to succeed • Oversee recruitment systems and technologies • Build and manage strategic relationships with external recruitment partners

🎯 Requirements

• A degree or equivalent experience • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition • At least 2+ years of experience managing recruiters, ideally within a global company • Strong communication skills • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate, develop, and support a team • Ability to drive the recruitment process and build credibility as a trusted advisor • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good business acumen and strong critical-thinking skills • Experience working in a CRO environment is advantageous, although not essential • Demonstrated experience motivating and leading others
