📋 Description

• Provide administrative support to executives and team members, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. • Manage and organize emails, calendars, and schedules to facilitate meetings, calls, and deadlines. • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including follow-ups and documentation. • Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure easy access to records. • Assist with project coordination, team communication, and progress tracking. • Support in managing vendor relationships, invoices, and other administrative processes. • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment and clarity in daily operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Proficient in digital communication and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar). • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver. • Dependable and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Minimum of 2–3 years in administrative or coordination roles. • Comfortable handling calendars, meetings, and correspondence across time zones. • Experience preparing reports and managing documents efficiently. • Professional, polite, and service-oriented demeanor. • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools or systems as needed.
