⢠Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email, and chat ⢠Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, delivery updates, and post-purchase support ⢠Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach ⢠Document interactions and update customer records accurately in internal systems ⢠Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and operations to ensure timely resolutions ⢠Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information ⢠Follow established processes and service standards to ensure a consistent customer experience
⢠Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a B2C environment ⢠Strong verbal and written English communication skills ⢠Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously ⢠Comfortable working with customer service platforms and CRM tools ⢠Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ⢠Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup ⢠Availability to work Monday, Thursday, and Friday; Saturday and Sunday CST. ⢠Experience supporting customers in retail, e-commerce, or similar industries is a plus ⢠Proven ability to handle high-volume customer interactions ⢠Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset ⢠Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations ⢠Highly organized and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
