• Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B catering and events clients, managing inquiries via phone and email • Handle the full order lifecycle: intake, updates, modifications, and cancellations • Coordinate seamlessly between restaurant staff, delivery drivers, and clients to ensure smooth operations • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency • De-escalate customer concerns and provide solution-oriented resolutions • Perform general customer service duties as needed to support the broader team
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills — both phone and email proficiency are essential • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment • Strong ability to de-escalate tense situations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor • Comfortable multitasking and coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision • Prior experience in customer support, client relations, or account coordination • Familiarity with catering platforms, CRM tools, or restaurant management systems is a plus • Experience working in or with the restaurant and/or catering industry is desirable but not required • Proficiency with Google Suite and VoIP/communication platforms
