âą Identify and source qualified IT professionals using niche platforms and advanced search strategies âą Screen and interview candidates for technical and cultural alignment âą Lead salary discussions and support offer negotiations âą Follow up with new hires during their first three months to ensure smooth integration âą Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding âą Shortlist high-quality candidates for various technical roles âą Partner with IT leaders to anticipate hiring needs and workforce planning âą Maintain and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future openings âą Attend industry events, conferences, and virtual meetups to expand candidate networks
