📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts from onboarding through ongoing campaign management • Facilitate recurring strategy meetings, performance reviews, and status updates • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and scope to ensure alignment with client objectives • Analyze marketing performance data and collaborate with specialists to refine strategy • Educate clients on digital marketing channels including SEO and paid media • Identify growth opportunities and address potential challenges before they escalate • Maintain high client retention standards and strong satisfaction scores • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless execution

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles • At least 1 year of experience within a digital marketing agency environment • Hands-on experience with SEO and PPC campaigns • Ability to independently extract and interpret performance data • Experience presenting KPIs and strategic insights to stakeholders • Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, and Meta reporting tools • Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads reporting, and Meta Business Manager • Clear understanding of SEO best practices and paid advertising fundamentals • Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify • Experience supporting home services clients such as HVAC, plumbing, or remodeling companies is preferred • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with strong time management abilities • Independent, resourceful, and comfortable working remotely • Curious mindset with a natural ability to ask thoughtful questions.
