• Manage daily virtual assistant tasks, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and communications. • Organize and book calls on behalf of the team, keeping calendars structured and up to date. • Follow up consistently on emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communication channels to maintain a high level of client engagement. • Support travel coordination processes as needed, including staying aware of trip details and timelines. • Track pending tasks and proactively remind the team of upcoming deadlines or communication needs. • Maintain professionalism and clarity in all client and internal interactions.
