📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve individual and collective targets. • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help team members enhance their sales techniques and performance. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. • Manage key accounts and ensure exceptional client satisfaction through consultative engagement. • Collaborate with leadership to develop effective sales strategies, goals, and performance metrics. • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment and accountability. • Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline tracking through CRM systems. • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and open communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Lead, or Senior Sales Representative with leadership responsibilities. • Strong ability to coach, train, and motivate a team toward achieving measurable goals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with clients and team members. • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management. • Confident phone presence and strong presentation skills. • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing both leadership and individual contributor tasks. • Professional English proficiency (spoken and written). • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred not mandatory).
