📋 Description

‱ Manage and grow relationships with independent lawn, garden, and gift retailers across the U.S. ‱ Build and maintain consistent outreach through calls and emails using CRM tools like HubSpot ‱ Own the full lifecycle of accounts, including onboarding, order management, and recurring revenue generation ‱ Process and manage incoming orders through platforms like Faire ‱ Develop and execute retail activation strategies such as in-store events, promotions, and pop-ups ‱ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting ‱ Create and optimize cold outreach strategies and email sequences ‱ Improve inbound lead channels, including wholesale platforms and retail networks ‱ Monitor account performance and provide insights on risks, opportunities, and growth strategies ‱ Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales initiatives and retail strategies

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven experience in retail sales within the U.S. market ‱ Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot ‱ Familiarity with wholesale platforms such as Faire or similar ‱ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) ‱ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team ‱ Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth
