📋 Description

• Lead kitchen teams across different sites, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene • Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations, stepping in during absence or peak periods • Manage stock, orders, and kitchen budgets efficiently • Train and support kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence • Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer service • Support the Head Chef to elevate the food offering • Report to the General Manager • Check and verify due diligence records • Support quality controls across a large and fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar leadership role • Flexibility to travel and adapt to new kitchen environments • Strong communication, organisational, and people management skills • Up-to-date Food Hygiene and Health & Safety certifications • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential • Evening and weekend work required • 40 hours per week • Full-time availability
