📋 Description

• Lead a team of electrical engineers and design drafters (CFO/CFA - high- and low-voltage). • Participate in project management (Maîtrise d’œuvre) assignments from the design phase through construction. • Manage, motivate and support a team of 4 people. • Conduct design studies (calculation notes, power load assessments, sizing, technical specifications/CCTP). • Supervise the production of drawings, schematics and models (BIM). • Assist the project manager during the construction phase. • Maintain technical and regulatory monitoring (fire safety, regulatory compliance).

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering. • Initial management experience or strong managerial potential. • Excellent interpersonal, written and organizational skills. • Good command of English (B2). • Knowledge of fire safety systems (SSI), building occupancy regulations (ERP), lifting equipment and safety systems. • Proficiency with CANECO, DIALux or equivalent software.
