📋 Description

• The ambition of our Strategy practice is to work on high-impact issues and help solve complex, stimulating problems across sectors such as Banking & Insurance, Agri/Agri-food, and others. • Your role within the Insurance team will be to actively contribute to the success of our high-stakes strategy and transformation projects for leading insurance players and to help solve complex and stimulating problems. Examples include: How to transform customer service and the insurer/insured relationship through AI • How to develop a profitable strategy for health prevention services (musculoskeletal disorders, mental health)? • How to contribute to a more inclusive society by developing sustainable, tailored insurance products? • How to increase commercial effectiveness through an appropriate partnership strategy • Contribute to iQo’s commercial success: develop iQo’s commercial territories. • Take part in workshops with prospects by delivering pitches that showcase the firm’s expertise through innovative commercial proposals. • Contribute to innovation in the Insurance sector: develop forward-looking, innovative perspectives on the insurance business to ensure we remain relevant when supporting our clients. • Help grow iQo by getting involved in internal initiatives related to organization, knowledge sharing, and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from a top business school, engineering school, IEP, or a university master’s program • Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in strategic consulting for the insurance sector • Experience in managing and steering complex, high-stakes assignments or programs • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) • Strong organizational skills and interpersonal abilities • An entrepreneurial mindset and intellectual curiosity, with a desire to contribute to the growth of a mission-driven firm.
