📋 Description
• Assist tenants and landlords from booking through to contract signing. • Professionally respond to rental-related inquiries. • Quickly identify and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction. • Support the team with operational and administrative tasks (contracts, follow-up, etc.).
🎯 Requirements
• Sales-oriented communication and commercial awareness. • Comfortable on the phone with excellent verbal communication skills. • Ability to work towards clear targets and manage time effectively. • Team spirit, autonomy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. • Excellent command of French and a good level of English.
