📋 Description

• You will handle operational compliance cases related to Transaction Monitoring, KYC, merchant reviews and licensing requirements • You will review incoming alerts, assess the facts and derive appropriate actions • You will document investigations and decisions clearly and thoroughly • You will work with the existing compliance and transaction-monitoring tooling and support its ongoing development • You will identify opportunities to improve existing processes and help to develop compliance processes efficiently and pragmatically • You will work closely with colleagues from Customer Success, Product and Operations, as well as with external partners • You will be trained in additional Customer Success areas and, as needed, provide operational support—particularly in onboarding, service, telephony and ticket handling

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Compliance Operations, Risk Operations, FinTech, Payments, Banking, KYC, Transaction Monitoring or a comparable environment • Very structured way of working with the ability to analyze, assess and document matters accurately • Ability to manage operational cases independently and carefully and to recognize when further review or escalation is required • Pragmatic decision-making skills and willingness to take responsibility for your own cases • Reliability in handling multiple cases and topics in parallel • Strong communication skills and service orientation, with enjoyment of customer-facing work via tickets (HubSpot) or phone • Willingness to further develop existing processes with your own expertise • Business‑fluent German and English (C1)
