📋 Description

• Own the support inbox and take in customer and publisher requests • Triage incoming support cases and ensure nothing is left unanswered • Resolve third-level product and usage cases independently • Escalate cases to Product or Engineering when deeper technical input is needed • Track response and resolution times to meet contractual service-level commitments • Maintain clean case documentation in Jira and Confluence • Turn recurring questions into FAQ and knowledge-base entries • Feed recurring patterns and pain points back to GTM, Product, and Customer Success teams

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student at a German university for the full duration of the working student contract • German Level (B2 to C2) • Good English for internal communication • Based in Germany • Available approximately 4 hours per day, Monday to Thursday • Clear, professional written communication • Structured and self-organised • Comfortable with digital tools, including ticketing/Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 • Prior support, service desk, or customer-facing experience is a plus, not a requirement • Interest in legal tech or AI is a bonus; legal or business background is welcome but not required
