📋 Description

• Act as a sparring partner for Senior Leaders and help them shape and develop their teams • Own performance management and feedback cycles, including PIPs, promotions, and offboardings • Serve as the first point of contact for employment law questions • Find solution-oriented approaches to people matters aligned with company values • Identify improvement opportunities in People & Organization • Drive strategic projects such as Pulse Checks end-to-end • Prepare regular HR reports and concrete recommendations for management • Work on agile HR, employee experience, and organizational design initiatives • Experiment with new ways of working • Handle operational tasks such as applying for A1 certificates and drafting employment references • Run recruiting processes with the Talent Acquisition team when needed • Split time between strategic HR business partner work (50%), project work, and other needed areas

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist • Preferably experience in a scale-up, B2B, or e-commerce environment • Working knowledge of German employment law • Independently taken HR projects from idea to implementation, such as onboarding concepts or feedback tools • Enjoy optimizing processes • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup • Ability to make decisions based on data and facts • Ability to address tensions early and openly and stand ground clearly, including with Senior Leads • Enjoy working in a flat team • CV or LinkedIn profile for application • No relocation or visa sponsorship offered; relocation within Europe is not necessary
