• Build marketing ops from the ground up • Develop strategy-aligned processes • Manage marketing automation • Buy and build additional solutions • Deliver reliable data and trustworthy reporting • Oversee website operations and manage our outside web agency • Establish consent and privacy operations and a global preference/subscription center
• 4-8 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS environments • Hands-on administration experience with leading marketing automation solutions and working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) • Built lead scoring and lifecycle automation at scale; delivered attribution that stakeholders trust • Implemented and led scaled-up adoption of AI tools for key GTM workflows • Developed excellent documentation and stakeholder enablement practices • Pardot experience a strong plus • Experience developing consent and privacy programs across US and EU, and building preference/subscription centers • Energy or environmental commodities industry experience • WordPress experience
