• Design, build, and optimize always-on lifecycle campaigns (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, win-back) • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to increase engagement and conversion • Create data flows and understand data architecture to leverage in MAP • Partner with demand generation and sales teams to develop email campaigns that accelerate ecommerce revenue • Build triggered and event-based campaigns (e.g., content downloads, product interest, past purchase) • Manage Eloqua campaigns end-to-end: audience segmentation, workflow logic, A/B testing, QA, deliverability, and reporting • Analyze campaign performance (open, CTR, conversion, pipeline impact, etc.) and provide actionable insights • Drive continuous testing on subject lines, personalization, CTAs, and send cadence • Work with Brand/Creative to ensure messaging and design align with brand guidelines • Partner with Brand teams for product launches and nurture content • Collaborate with E-commerce / Digital Marketing to integrate campaigns with paid, web, and social • Act as the Eloqua subject-matter expert: maintain data hygiene, and automation workflows • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA and other data privacy regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required • 5–7 years of professional experience in marketing automation or a related digital marketing role • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, with a strong preference for Oracle Eloqua
