📋 Description

• Strategic management and development of a designated client portfolio • Proactively identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling • Independent responsibility for pitches and tenders • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction • Close collaboration with internal departments and teams • Negotiation of contracts and terms • Relationship management at decision-maker level

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in the digital environment (e.g., online marketing, digital sales) • Strong communication and presentation skills • A good sense for business perspectives and strategic advisory • Ideally, knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) • Fluent German (C2 level); good English is an advantage • Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented working style
