⢠Strategic management and development of a defined client portfolio ⢠Proactive identification of growth potential as well as cross- and upselling opportunities ⢠Independent responsibility for pitches, proposal processes and tenders ⢠Ensuring high customer satisfaction through regular reviews and transparent communication ⢠Close collaboration with internal specialist departments ⢠Preparation and presentation of reports and decision documents for clients and stakeholders ⢠Contract and terms negotiations as well as relationship management at decision-maker level ⢠Representation of MAIxpose360 at events and client meetings
⢠Several years of experience in a digital environment (e.g., online marketing, digital sales, consulting) ⢠Strong rhetorical skills and communication abilities ⢠Good sense for business perspectives and strategic consulting ⢠Ability to create persuasive presentations and designs ⢠Ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and common sales methodologies ⢠Fluent German (C2), good English is an advantage ⢠Independent, reliable and goal-oriented working style ⢠Openness to direct customer contact and long-term relationship building ⢠Willingness to work on-site at one of the locations at least 2 days per week (Augsburg, Hamburg, Berlin)
