• Planning, implementation and optimization of CRM and lifecycle marketing activities • Designing and managing automated campaigns with a focus on segmentation and personalization • Analyzing CRM performance using KPIs • Running regular A/B tests • Hands-on work with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Economics, Digital Business, or equivalent qualification • At least three years of professional experience in CRM marketing • Strong sense for effective creative assets and marketing messaging • Experience analyzing audiences and segments • Enthusiasm for developing email campaigns • Proactive, solution-focused approach to work • Native-level German and proficiency in English
