📋 Description

• Develop a standardized observability ecosystem with structured events, distributed tracing, and intelligent sampling strategies • Partner with product engineering teams to provide platforms, standards, and data for service reliability ownership • Use error budgets and alerting to balance feature velocity with stability • Enhance detection capabilities and leverage early-warning systems and AI/ML for anomaly detection and intelligent data analysis • Build internal automation and tooling to streamline SRE workflows and routine operational tasks • Participate in an on-call rotation and manage incidents • Ensure rapid incident resolution, effective communication, and post-incident analysis • Drive continuous improvement in system resilience and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in SRE, Infrastructure, or DevOps roles managing high-scale, distributed environments • Advanced Python programming skills for scalable automation, internal tooling, and robust scripts • Hands-on expertise managing production-grade Kubernetes environments • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible • Ability to design resilient infrastructure architectures in Azure Kubernetes Service and on-premises environments • Proficiency building standardized telemetry ecosystems • Mastery of self-hosted open-source observability tools for data collection, storage, and visualization, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Tempo, Thanos, and Jaeger • Ability to drive incident management and conduct thorough post-incident analysis • Ability to foster a culture of reliability and shared ownership
