📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or a senior commercial role within the payments, fintech, or financial services industry. • Demonstrated track record of independently managing strategic partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers — including commercial negotiations with senior and C-level stakeholders. • Evidence of revenue impact through partnerships: negotiated revenue-share agreements, qualified pipeline generated, or joint GTM initiatives with measurable results. • Deep experience in the Brazilian payments market is required, including familiarity with the local acquiring landscape, Pix, and industry standards (e.g., ABECS standards). • Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods. • Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguity: identify opportunities, structure the approach, and convert into signed deals with minimal supervision. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive-level counterparts. • Ability to manage multiple strategic relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define, track, and report on partnership KPIs. • Commercial acumen to identify opportunities with partners and convert them into real deals. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Legal, and Commercial teams. • Based in Brazil (São Paulo preferred). • Native or fluent Portuguese speaker; professional proficiency in English is required. • Spanish is preferred as candidates will support LATAM-facing partnerships.
