📋 Description

• Manage client accounts, keeping communication channels open and active and maintaining ongoing relationships. • Oversee onboarding of new clients in your portfolio with clear steps and a well-defined timeline; • Ensure that everything planned and sold is executed according to scope, deadlines and agreements, aligning client expectations and protecting the agency's interests; • Create and manage client projects and tasks in the agency's platform; • Monitor agendas, deadlines, task execution and request history in the agency platform (eKyte), ensuring account organization and documentation; • Prepare briefings and pass requests to technical teams; • Conduct follow-up meetings with agendas and minutes recorded; • Analyze marketing results (especially social media, inbound and paid media) and propose continuous improvements; • Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure process flow and deadline adherence; • Develop and support clients' strategic planning, focusing on social media and demand generation; • Identify opportunities for improvement, upselling or cross-selling to contribute to account retention; • Anticipate issues, disruptions or client needs, acting proactively and proposing solutions.

• Bachelor's degree. • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
