📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end partner journey — from pre-sales to go-live and beyond • Partner with Sales to design smart, scalable payment solutions tailored to partner needs • Lead API integrations (REST, webhooks, SDKs) and get partners live fast • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for bank stakeholders at all levels — providing expert guidance on payment performance, UX, and global payment strategies • Solve complex technical challenges and unblock integrations quickly • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve the platform and customer experience • Drive continuous optimization (conversion, auth rates, fraud, routing) • Work closely with the Product to ensure we are building for scale while solving the merchant problems • Have a Product mindset - be ready to build from scratch and automate processes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or equivalent technical role within payments, fintech, or financial services — with direct experience engaging banks, neobanks, or regulated financial institutions • Language Skills: English - advanced is mandatory • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build lasting relationships with large, multi-stakeholder financial organizations • Experience with integration processes and working with APIs. • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders within complex and highly regulated, risk-conscious environments • Experience in delivering successful product demonstrations and presentations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
