• Conduct active outbound prospecting and respond to leads generated by inbound strategies; • Qualify leads, identifying genuine business opportunities; • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients; • Create and present value propositions aligned with client needs; • Manage the sales funnel with a focus on performance, conversion, and targets; • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers, especially within HR departments; • Monitor commercial metrics and generate insights to optimize processes and strategies.
• Experience in B2B sales • Hunter mentality and target-driven approach • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably focused on services or solutions for HR • Mastery of prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques • Ability to work with aggressive targets and results-oriented mindset • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace • Reliable connectivity and appropriate home-office infrastructure for remote work
