📋 Description

• Active sale of YARA fertilizers and digital tools within the responsibility area of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, northern Brandenburg, Saxony or Saxony-Anhalt • Proactive acquisition of new agricultural customers and development of existing customer relationships • Increase regional sales through targeted sales strategies and value-based selling • Conduct regional market and potential analyses to identify additional sales opportunities • Plan and implement independent sales activities in close coordination with sales management • Organize and run regional events for farmers • Build and maintain a reliable regional network within agricultural practice • Active participation in regional and national Yara projects

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Agricultural Sciences or a comparable field; alternatively, relevant agricultural or commercial vocational training with appropriate professional experience • Sales experience is an advantage • Very good regional network with farms, trading partners and advisors • Entrepreneurial thinking, independent working style and good time management • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) • Good command of English • Willingness to travel regularly, primarily in northern and eastern Germany
