📋 Description
• 负责云南滇南区域水溶肥产品的销售及农艺推广工作。 • 实施区域内水溶肥产品推广项目。 • 制定并执行需求拉动计划，包括客户活动方案、目标作物、重点产品及执行时间。 • 跟踪并量化评估需求拉动计划。 • 进行市场细分分析，匹配重点作物与产品并制定行动计划。 • 搜集市场信息，了解竞争产品动态，完成应季推广及销售工作。 • 实施水溶肥市场推广和市场份额增长战略。 • 在经销商和终端农户层面执行需求拉动活动。 • 开展竞品分析，包括产品、定位、价值主张和SWOT分析。 • 确保内部团队和零售商网络接受技术培训。 • 协助新产品上市、跟进反馈并迭代产品策略。 • 发展和维护渠道网络及渠道关系，保障产品销售渠道畅通。 • 与当地和区域团队协同工作。
🎯 Requirements
• 全日制本科及以上学历，农业类专业优先。 • 热爱销售工作，积极上进，性格外向、善于沟通、会开车、能适应较长时间的出差工作。 • 3年以上化肥销售和推广工作经验者优先。 • 具备专业的化肥和植物营养方面的知识。 • 熟悉云南市场及作物。 • 自信但谦逊，积极主动，具备独立工作能力。 • 团队合作沟通能力强，能够团结不同部门的同事。 • 主动性强，愿意发现并探索新机会。 • 具有良好的计划和系统性工作能力。 • 良好的人际影响力。 • 具备协作、责任心、抱负和求知心。
