📋 Description

• Support US business teams and work closely with technology teams to deliver solutions • Drive requirements, solutions, and project outcomes independently • Build strong business partnerships and deliver meaningful business value • Partner with US stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into requirements • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements • Work with development teams to deliver business solutions • Drive initiatives with minimal supervision • Support testing, UAT, deployment, and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional role • Experience with custom applications and enterprise solutions • Good understanding of .NET, Java, Angular, and React • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills • Ability to work directly with US business teams and manage multiple priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Working knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools & methodologies • Ability to analyze the impact of requested changes, enhancements, or defect fixes and identify dependencies or interrelationships among requirements • Familiarity with standard process modeling notations and tools • Ability to create basic process models • Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools • Ability to perform complex data analysis tasks • Ability to conduct data analysis workshops and analyze business data • Familiarity with standard process improvement methodologies and tools • Ability to identify basic process improvement opportunities • Familiarity with stakeholder management techniques • Ability to manage basic stakeholder relationships • Awareness of solution design techniques • Ability to create simple solution designs using established design patterns and guidelines • Required behavioral competencies: accountability, collaboration, agility, customer focus, communication, and driving results
