📋 Description

• Drive product and process improvement initiatives end-to-end, from planning through launch and scaling • Coordinate with doctors, dietitians, psychologists, and personal trainers to translate clinical needs into digital product solutions • Break down strategic goals into detailed project plans • Ensure team alignment, resource readiness, and delivery • Analyze user behavior, operations, and performance metrics to guide prioritization and product improvements • Champion fast feedback loops, deliver value quickly, and refine based on learnings

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or project delivery experience, ideally in digital health or health-tech operations • Experience using data and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Looker, SQL, and Google Sheets • Fluent in English • A valid work permit is required • Residency in Sweden/Stockholm is a plus, but not required • Structured and proactive communication with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians • Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive clarity and momentum • Execution and delivery focus
