• Own and optimize the operational backbone of the User Acquisition (UA) Unit, ensuring scalable, efficient and clearly documented processes across Performance, Partnerships, CRM and ASO. • Lead cross-functional growth projects in close collaboration with Product, Tech and Analytics - from planning to execution and rollout. • Take full ownership of the UA MarTech stack, including tracking, attribution, automation tools and integrations, acting as the primary point of contact for automation and tooling topics. • Identify automation opportunities across workflows, implement AI-powered solutions and ensure successful adoption across teams. • Continuously evaluate tools, processes and workflows to drive operational excellence and scalable impact. • Reduce operational overhead for the Director of User Acquisition, enabling stronger focus on strategy, leadership and growth initiatives. • Play a key role in shaping how User Acquisition operates as we grow - this is a build-and-scale role, not a maintenance one.
• Several years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, MarTech, or a similar operational role, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. • Hands-on experience working with or alongside marketing teams and technologies (automation tools, tracking & attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Braze, etc.). • A strong understanding of how processes, tools, and people interact - and how to improve that system as a whole. • A structured, detail-oriented way of working, paired with the ability to prioritize and push back when needed • Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders, feeling comfortable working closely with technical stakeholders. • A pragmatic mindset: you know when to automate, when to simplify, and when a clear process beats a complex solution • A genuine interest in health, nutrition, or well-being, and motivation to contribute to a mission-driven product
