• Maintain and support databases and dashboards for the Revenue Planning area; • Monitor and ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of the information used by the team; • Automate and optimize operational and analytical processes to drive efficiency gains; • Investigate inconsistencies, discrepancies, and issues related to data and processes; • Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and management controls; • Manage access and maintain RLS (Row Level Security) rules for panels and dashboards; • Document processes, business rules, and data flows; • Interface with corporate data, technology, and business teams; • Support analyses and operational requests from the Revenue Planning area; • Propose continuous improvements focused on operational efficiency and information reliability.
• Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree) in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields; • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, DataBricks, and Alteryx; • Experience in data collection, structuring, quality, governance, and analysis; • Knowledge of data management and analytical processes; • Experience creating reports and dashboards; • Analytical profile with a strong problem-solving orientation; • Ability to analyze business requirements; • Good organizational skills and planning ability.
