📋 Description

• Monitor and manage security tools, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and EDR, to identify and respond to threats in real time • Analyze and investigate security incidents, conducting incident response and forensic analysis when necessary • Configure, optimize, and maintain firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and enterprise antivirus solutions • Conduct vulnerability assessments and support patch management and security updates • Develop and implement incident response playbooks and security process automation • Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to integrate security practices into development pipelines and infrastructure • Conduct cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives for employees • Ensure compliance with LGPD, GDPR, ISO 27001, and other standards and regulations • Produce security reports and metrics for leadership, including recommendations for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity • Experience with log analysis, threat detection, and cyber incident response • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001 • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls) and operating systems (Windows, Linux) • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for technical reading and writing; conversational English is a plus • Scripting skills, such as Python or PowerShell, for automating security tasks • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud) and security in cloud-native architectures • Knowledge of DevSecOps and security integration into CI/CD pipelines • Experience with Threat Intelligence and malware analysis • Participation in CTFs or cybersecurity competitions • Preferred certifications: CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or equivalent
