📋 Description

• Perform troubleshooting in production environments; • Conduct root cause analysis for high-impact incidents; • Analyze technical tickets related to incidents and service requests; • Identify the business impact of incidents; • Propose workaround solutions for issues; • Participate in initiatives that support internal operational routines; • Develop and enhance monitoring and technical alerts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field; • Experience in roles related to systems development, N2 support, or product maintenance/support; • Experience with cloud computing systems (AWS preferred); • Knowledge of microservices-based architectures; • Familiarity with DevOps practices; • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban); • Experience with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, CloudWatch, or ELK); • ITIL certification; • AWS certification.
