📋 Description

• Own the post-sale relationship with a portfolio of B2B clients across multiple industries, including enterprise clients • Execute revenue and growth strategies for accounts, including cross-selling and upselling fiat, stablecoin, and conversion products • Collaborate with sales, product, trading, and other divisions to generate revenue and build products and services aligned with customer demand • Identify and map customers, including companies or groups, decision makers, and key points of contact • Run regular account reviews to track account health and identify retention risks early • Work with the Salesforce lead to establish account management processes and procedures • Maintain accurate client records and activity in Salesforce • Help establish account management as a function within Yellow Card’s commercial business unit

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of B2B account management experience, ideally in financial services or a related sector • Experience managing enterprise clients, including the ability to explain which enterprise clients were managed and how • Experience selling fiat, stablecoin, and conversion products • Hands-on Salesforce experience; Salesforce is essential to the role • Strong English communication skills, written and spoken • For the Asia Pacific role based in Hong Kong: native Mandarin • Experience with payments or fintech companies is nice to have • Experience with cross-border payments, digital assets, or emerging markets is nice to have • Experience setting up account management processes in a growing business is nice to have
