📋 Description

• Verify if the property is currently listed on the market • Check if the property has been sold in the last 5 years • Investigate whether the property has planning permission • Assess whether the property is occupied or vacant (e.g., via street view, letting ads) • Cross-check to ensure the property is not already in our internal database • Determine whether the property is residential or commercial • Complete a minimum number of properties checks per day, in line with the client’s admin team's daily targets • Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Data entry role or similar positions • Background in property is preferable • Salesforce experience is an advantage • Excellent attention to detail — mistakes can result in financial loss or missed business opportunities • Efficient work style – able to complete tasks quickly without sacrificing accuracy • Confident using a variety of online tools and websites for research • Highly organized with the ability to follow structured guidelines • Good written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
