📋 Description

• Be the spokesperson for your pod • Coordinate work across the pod • Gather client requirements • Represent your pod in product planning sessions • Help pod members with product decisions • Contribute hands-on as an engineer • Join client meetings to align on requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years of technical leadership experience • A developer's background • Product-driven mindset • Coordinate without formal authority • Excellent spoken and written English • Ownership mentality • Proven experience using Claude Code • Solid Golang experience • On-call availability
