📋 Description

• Make the first contact with leads from marketing campaigns, such as website, events, workshops, digital campaigns, and others; • Coordinate with the sales team to identify the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) for each campaign; • Qualify leads for handoff to the sales area and perform follow-ups to manage campaigns; • Responsible for achieving the area's KPIs; • Manage information in the CRM tool; • Schedule and follow up on meetings; • Create reports and liaise with headquarters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields. • Knowledge of Salesforce • Previous experience as an SDR • Experience with sales/commercial areas • Advanced English
