📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution from Day 1 readiness through full operational and cultural integration • Serve as the primary contact between leadership, functional teams, and the acquired organization • Identify and resolve cross-cultural, communication, and process gaps between merging teams • Design and track integration roadmaps with milestones, owners, and success metrics across HR, operations, systems, and culture workstreams • Partner with People/HR, Finance, IT, and business-unit leaders to align policies, tools, reporting lines, and ways of working • Surface risks and blockers early and propose pragmatic solutions • Build and maintain integration documentation, playbooks, and lessons-learned repositories • Support due diligence and pre-close planning for future acquisitions • Facilitate workshops and check-ins to maintain alignment, transparency, and accountability • Report integration progress and risks to leadership regularly

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership • Demonstrated experience working with people and teams from different cultures and countries • Genuine cross-cultural fluency • Track record delivering international, cross-border, or multi-site projects • Prior experience in M&A integration, post-merger integration, or related change-management/transformation work • Strong stakeholder management skills • Structured and organized approach to roadmaps, action tracking, and accountability • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities • Willingness and ability to travel as needed across locations • Additional languages beyond English are a plus • Experience in technology, software, or services is a plus • Consulting, corporate development, or dedicated M&A/integration background is a plus • Familiarity with change-management frameworks and integration playbook design is a plus
