📋 Description

• Analyze requirements from regulations, standards and customers, derive cybersecurity requirements, and ensure fulfillment via traceability • Involve in defining the underlying cybersecurity requirements concept and align it with affected teams • Roll out defined cybersecurity processes and activities through training and close cooperation with developers • Support compliance with relevant regulations and standards • Specify, review, analyze, and trace cybersecurity requirements • Support creation and alignment of a unified, holistic cybersecurity requirements-engineering concept and implement it in practice • Collaborate with and train various departments to enable cybersecurity requirements engineering • Drive rollout and training of cybersecurity processes and activities across the organization • Fulfill requirements from relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, including IEC 62443, NERC CIP, EU Data Act, and CRA • Train the organization on requirements engineering and cybersecurity processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience in OT or product security • Experience performing cybersecurity requirements engineering in OT or product security • Skills using requirements engineering tools such as Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS • Experience defining, rolling out, and training processes in an enterprise organization • Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and standards including IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, BDEW Whitepaper, and ISO27001 • Ability to address new issues and drive effective solutions • Ability to drive topics continuously and sustainably • Proficient in German and English, with strong initiative and communication abilities • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, iterative planning, and backlog management
