📋 Description

• Develop healthy relationships with adults and youth • Build relationships with the local community, military installation, and chapel community • Serve as an incarnational role model • Develop community outreach to unchurched teens • Provide discipleship to Christian teens • Lead and equip volunteers for middle and high school Christian youth programs • Oversee the overall Young Life Military program, Club Beyond • Work effectively amid high turnover among teens, families, chaplains, and volunteers • Embrace and operate within a military-influenced community • Apply Club Beyond’s Christ-centered, ecumenical, outreach-oriented ministry approach

🎯 Requirements

• Deep love for Christ and for lost teens • Competent communicator with youths, parents, and senior military leaders • Teachable heart • Willingness to make a three-year commitment • Minimum of three years' youth ministry experience preferred • College degree preferred • Willingness to raise part of the budget through personal support • Committed to a relational ministry approach • Energetic • Small event planning skills • Strong initiative • Staff must live near the community where they would be doing ministry
