📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter across iOS and Android. • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features and user experiences. • Optimize, profile, and conduct code reviews to ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness. • Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance issues, and integration challenges involving APIs and native modules. • Develop and maintain automated unit, widget, and integration tests. • Work on hybrid modules integrating Flutter with native iOS Swift and Android Kotlin components. • Conduct peer reviews and mentor junior developers. • Stay updated on Flutter, Dart, and mobile ecosystem advancements and incorporate improvements into app architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in mobile app development. • Proven experience developing mobile applications using Flutter. • Strong proficiency in Dart, with proven experience in Swift and/or Kotlin for native iOS/Android development. • Solid understanding of mobile architectures, hybrid integration, and design patterns such as BLoC, Provider, and MVVM. • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, or XCTest is a plus. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, secure data storage, analytics, and performance tuning. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to clean, maintainable code. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively in cross-functional teams.
