📋 Description
• Define and evolve the organizational performance measurement model; • Build analyses and models to correlate people initiatives (such as development and engagement) with business outcomes (productivity, revenue, margin); • Develop and maintain executive dashboards that provide fast, comparative, and decision-making visibility into organizational performance; • Create predictive analyses and statistical models to anticipate performance risks, such as the loss of critical talent and deviations from targets; • Generate actionable insights that guide the board's decisions on people policies and resource allocation; • Periodically monitor the evolution of key indicators (OKRs / KPIs) for performance and results; • Support executive teams with executive narratives ("data storytelling") that accelerate strategic decisions; • Serve as a reference for decision science within the People Directorate.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related areas; • Minimum of 4 years of experience in People Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields; • Experience applying statistical models and predictive analyses in the HR context; • Strong proficiency in statistical modeling (correlation, regression, causality, predictiveness); • Proficiency in data analysis languages (Python or R); • Hands-on knowledge of SQL and working with large datasets; • Experience building executive dashboards (Power BI / Looker / Tableau); • Ability to produce comparative and pre/post-intervention analyses (A/B tests, cohort analysis); • Advanced Excel (functions, modeling, pivot tables); • Familiarity with KPI and OKR frameworks and organizational performance measurement; • Executive storytelling skills – translating complex data into clear, actionable messages; • Investigative mindset and intellectual curiosity (seek causes, not just symptoms); • Assertive and objective communication, including with non-technical audiences; • Influence and ability to challenge narratives with evidence; • Critical thinking – question hypotheses and validate assumptions; • Ability to work collaboratively with different leaders and the board; • Organization and prioritization – mature management of pace and volume of demands; • Ownership mindset – accountability for the quality and coherence of analyses.
