📋 Description

• You take full responsibility for account performance across some of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS scale-ups in the DACH region. • You lead strategic initiatives, manage communications and own project and stakeholder management both internally and externally (interfacing with CMOs, VPs or Heads of Marketing on the client side). • You design, monitor and challenge strategies for Paid Social and Search accounts and constantly look for ways to optimize campaigns on LinkedIn, Google and other platforms. • You are responsible for reporting on the impact of (paid) marketing on our clients’ pipeline and revenue—both to clients and as the point of contact for internal teams to ensure alignment. • You manage forecasts and plan scenarios with your clients to unlock additional growth budgets. • You handle client escalations (from either side) to resolve risks and conflicts. • You take a proactive approach to in-person client visits and cross-selling across the wider YOYABA service portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• You have solid experience in media buying and know how to build both demand generation and demand capturing strategies. • You have a true growth mindset and strongly identify with the startup mentality. • You love the startup world and feel connected to SaaS and B2B scale-ups—you want to make a meaningful impact on the rapidly growing SaaS sector. • You are eager to grow both professionally and personally and are excited to push hard together with a team of A-players.
