• You take full responsibility for account performance for some of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS scale-ups in the DACH region • You lead strategic initiatives and communications and take on project and stakeholder management both internally and externally (working with CMOs, VPs, or Heads of Marketing on the client side) • You design, monitor, and critically evaluate strategies for Paid Social and Search accounts and continually consider how campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and other channels can be optimized • You are responsible for reporting on the impact of (paid) marketing on our clients’ pipeline and revenue — both to our clients and as the point of contact for internal teams to ensure alignment • You manage forecasts and plan scenarios with your clients to unlock additional growth budgets • You handle client escalations (from both sides) to resolve risks and conflicts • You take a proactive approach to in-person client visits and cross-selling across the broader YOYABA service portfolio.
• You have solid experience in media buying and know how to build demand generation and demand capturing • You have an absolute growth mindset and strongly identify with a start-up mentality • You love the start-up world and feel connected to SaaS and B2B scale-ups — you want to make a significant impact on the rapidly growing SaaS industry • You want to grow not only professionally but personally, and you're eager to push hard with a team of A-players
